The position will be primarily based in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin at HPE's top HPC factory (High Performance Computer) where we build the world's fastest supercomputers. Responsibilities:

·  As required, maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
·  Manage business configurations for the manufacturing execution system (MES) and ERP System (SAP).
·  Enable new products at the manufacturing facility by managing product set ups and virtual/pilot builds.
·  Troubleshoot system issues that arise from operations.
·  Access and pull data from various databases and translate the data to an acceptable form for engineering and business teams to drive improvements.
·  Represent Manufacturing in various related projects and initiatives.
·  Design new business systems processes and improvements for Supply Chain.
·  Act as a Business Analyst in negotiations with IT for new technologies.
·  Implements and executes established time standards, production area layouts, and requirements for manufacturing tooling and processes for subsystems and portions of new products; develops cost estimates, capacity models, and recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
·  Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced manufacturing and development partners regarding process and standards compliance, manufacturing issues, and recommendations for problem resolution for manufacture of existing products.
·  Participates as a member of project team of other manufacturing engineers and internal and outsourced manufacturing partners to develop and execute reliable, cost effective and high quality manufacturing solutions for low to moderately- complex products fromnew-product introduction through end of lifecycle.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Holding a Bachelor's degree in a computer science, information systems or related science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline.
·  Knowledgeable about using engineering tools and software to design and automate manufacturing processes.
·  Capable of applying analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Knowledge of database structures and an understanding of coding languages.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to present technical information to all audiences.
·  Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $58,500.00 - $135,000.00
