CERTrak is HPE's global database to track 3rd party vendor certifications. CERTrak access takes place via web-interface in the HPE Network.
Provide operational / administrative support to help us cleanup and maintain CERTrak certification data and process incoming CERTrak requests: Exports, Imports, Reports, Approvals, and learner inquiries
Responsibilities:
· Guides logistics and communications with regards to training and event requests.
· Manages escalations and issues.
· Oversees relationships with vendors, learners, and instructors providing information and requesting event data.
· Utilizes planning and forecasting to retrieve and document requirements.
· Develops knowledge in assigned portfolios.
· Executes a business process and completion of follow-ups.
· Provides guidance to junior staff around the achievement of quality metrics as assigned.
· Create and maintain visibility for online Order progress
· Proactively identify issues and raise it with supervisors and Customers.
· Understand, track and exceed customer expectations on an ongoing basis.
· Single point of accountability for assigned work.
· Handling queries and troubleshooting.
· Intermediate MS Excel and reporting skills
Education and Experience Required:
· Minimum Graduate from recognized University.
· Typically 3 - 4 years of experience in HR / L&D domain.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Advanced communication (verbal & written) skills in English.
· Advanced customer service skills
· Project Management skills
· Advanced knowledge of training function process and programs.
· Telephone and e-mail etiquettes.
