Supply Chain IT, part of HPE Global IT is responsible for providing best in class IT solutions to HPE's business units including Global Operations, Compute, Storage and Intelligent Edge.  HPE has manufacturing and logistics around the world, with a changing Supply Chain network.  This position allows the selected candidate to work on IT projects that impact our global Supply Chain.

Come join HPE IT in a functional analyst role for Direct Procurement and Procurement Collaboration.  The selected candidate will have done technical development on S4HANA and SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.

Supply Chain IT, part of HPE Global IT is responsible for providing best in class IT solutions to HPE's business units including Global Operations, Compute, Storage and Intelligent Edge.  HPE has manufacturing and logistics around the world, with a changing Supply Chain network.  This position allows the selected candidate to work on IT projects that impact our global Supply Chain.

Come join HPE IT as an IT Project Manager to drive IT solutions for the Supply Chain and Product Master Data IT Domains.

The selected candidate will manage IT projects, collaborating with various IT and business partners.

·  Manage technical scope, schedule, and financial budget for IT projects.
·  Manage internal and external stakeholders.
·  Manage Statements of Work including the budget for System Integrators.
·  Manage technical testing with external Supply Chain Partners such as manufacturing partners and logistics partners.

Responsibilities:

·  Influences overall IT and business planning; engages in strategic business planning where there is IT impact.
·  Gathers business requirements, drives analysis, design and techno-functional solutions.
·  Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of the immediate team. 
·  Consults with team members and other organizations, customer, and vendors on complex issues.
·  Provides leadership to teams and integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for HPE and HPE’s trading partners.
·  Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders. Uses deep business knowledge to drive engagement on major IT initiatives.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Bachelor’s degree in business / engineering / finance or related discipline with 5 or more years of experience in IT project management for Supply Chain.
·  PMI-PMP Certification is a plus, but not required.
·  IT project management skills delivering projects involving S4-HANA and other Supply Chain and Product Master Data applications.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget for IT projects.
·  Ability to manage Systems Integrators.
·  Ability to manage risks and changes to the IT project.
·  Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
·  Business acumen and implementation experience in one or more of the following areas:  Procurement Master Data, Finished goods procurement for configurable materials on SAP, raw material procurement on SAP S4HANA, Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, Logistics Master Data, Logistics processes (Warehousing and Transportation).
·  Experience in identifying and implementing new IT technologies for Supply Chain and/or Product Master Data.
·  Demonstrates strong command of the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills of complex and technical concepts.   Tools include Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
