We are looking for a Graduate IT Consultant who will be a member of a technical team based in Bracknell.You’ll work on complex opportunities and with multiple groups to design winning solutions.

Our IT graduate roles offer you the chance to grow your skills and experience and use your problem-solving abilities in a busy and technically diverse area.

You will be engaged in and provide support fortransition/transformationefforts, provide IT infrastructure and/or application infrastructure lifecycle technical support, including planning, project management, installation.

We’re looking for high achievers who will graduate in 2017 / 2018 and obtain a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in an IT discipline with a strong interest in a career in IT.

A confident communicator and excellent organiser, you’ll combine a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with strong time and project management skills.

Our graduate program provides a head-start to our graduates’ careers in HPE and gives extra support and coaching to maximize their performance. Our graduates also get additional support during their first year from several sources.

Their line managers provide a lot of help and advice on performance and development. Mentors help them to perform well in their roles and to develop their skills. Leadership mentors are senior managers who provide strategy insight and career advice. Buddies are aligned from the previous year’s graduate group to provide informal advice and information.

In addition, our dedicated graduate managers are available to make the graduates’ first year in HPE as successful as possible.

Knowledge and skills required for the role:
The ideal candidate should have some of the following but suitable graduates will receive training to acquire these skills provided they are able to show the right aptitude.

·  Demonstrates a solid knowledge of Hewlett Packard Enterprise solutions
·  Awareness in competitive solutions knowledge.
·  Understands data business centre components and how IT is used to address business needs
·  Solid level of industry acumen; keeps current with trends and able to converse with client on issues and challenges
·  Demonstrates solid questioning techniques and related communications skills with customer managers

Education and experience:

·  A technical degree (for example Computer Science)
·  Some experience in the industry is preferred
·  Fluency in English
·  In addition to the above educational requirements, you must be eligible to work in the UK and have completed your degree in 2018 with a grade 2:1 or higher.
