This position is a direct sales quota carrying role that focuses on the SMB segment of customers and a specific set of Channel Partners. This role operates in a telesales environment, working in partnership with a team from other HPE and HP Business unit to close transactions with financing solutions

Responsibilities:

·  Sell HPE Financial Services offerings within an assigned customer set
·  Prospect, qualify, propose and close HPE Financial Services transactions
·  Build relationships over the phone with many contacts – customers, partner sales reps, related HPE and HP Call Center team, and other HPE/HP/HPFS local country sales teams
·  Actively build weekly pipeline with both Partners and HPE / HP assigned sales team
·  Spend daily assigned number of hours on the phone to Partners and customer building pipeline and negotiating contracts. Targeting to close multiple contracts per day in a fast paced environment
·  Maintain up-to-date record in CRM at any point in time for all projects in pipeline and forecast
·  Utilize consultative sales approach to identify opportunities with specific HPE and HP authorized partners and end-user customer accounts
·  Maintain and grow existing relationship with Partners
·  Pass large deal leads or leads outside of territory to appropriate HPE Financial Services sales team
·  Engage & educate specific Partners, HPE / HP & Call Center sales teams and end-user customers on the benefits of leasing and the leasing process, TCO analysis
·  Work with HPEFS Operations Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service standards are achieved
·  Generate and maintain highly satisfied clients and partners

Education and Experience:

·  Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent in business studies/IT
·  Sales Experience in a telesales environment
·  Experience selling through a network of Channel Partners, or Distributors would be considered an advantage
·  IT related and/or leasing industry experience is preferred
·  Proven record of meeting and exceeding assigned quota
·  Successful negotiation of contracts
·  Demonstrated leadership in situations without authority

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·  Strong verbal communication skills
·  Very strong organizational skills including multi-tasking and prioritization
·  Ability to work effectively in virtual teams
·  Professional work manner
·  Ability to thrive in demanding sales environment; travel to sales offices
·  Fluency in English
