We need an independent and systematic HR person to HR support in Sweden!

Responsibilities

·  HR operation support tasks for Sweden (and Finland), in close cooperation with HR center resources in Poland. 
·  Provide the best employee experience by administering the employee lifecycle and enabling People Managers to develop their employees with tools & processes.
·  Implement & administer corporate programs & policies to meet business needs
·  Participate in HR tasks during mergers and acquisitions.
·  Communicates HR policies to business managers and employees; works with business leaders to deliver programs that are aligned with global policies and meet local needs. Implements and manages multiple parts of process delivery with team guidance and instructions.
·  Identifies areas for process improvements; provides country-specific subject matter expertise and solutions.
·  Resolves HR support cases of moderate to high complexity that cannot be answered immediately through service centers.
·  The position works in close team with the rest of the HR team. 
·  May represent the company to both internal and external stakeholders.
·  Coaches managers in routine performance and misconduct issues and provides resolution and recommendations.
·  Contributes to regional priority projects teams.

Education and Experience

·  First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
·  Typically 2-4 years related experience in human resources.

Knowledge and Skills

·  Human resources knowledge, preferably across functional areas.
·  Able to work independently and in a structured way with an eye for details, and as a flexible and positive team player.
·  Developed level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes.
·  Good communication skills, verbally and written.
·  Fluent Swedish, Finnish and English skills
·  Good knowledge of the Swedish labor legislation.
·  Strong customer orientation
·  Ability to see new solutions and “think out of the box” – ability to see what is needed and take action accordingly.
·  Developed ability to use HR productivity tools, systems and applications.
·  Experience with Microsoft office applications.
