In a typical day as an HR People Operations Advisor, you would:-

·  Be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of human resources administration and activities associated with employee information, data retrieval capabilities and support
·  Process HR data according to HPE policy and legal requirements, consult on HR processes and implementation, and be responsible for end-to-end HR customer support throughout the employee life cycle
·  Identify emerging applications and recommend process improvements and simplification that support business and HR strategy
·  Work across the business, functional, and regional areas of HPE to recommend IT investments and improvements to HR tools
·  Implement and track programs and processes to ensure that records are accurate, accessible, and appropriately secure, and that data retrieval and reporting capabilities meet the needs of internal customers, legal compliance, and the company policy requirements (e.g., data management and integration of data)
·  Re-engineer processes at regional and country level and work in partnership with global teams to build more process strength and capability
·  Provide support for recruiting in administration, internal hiring and lower-level external hiring
·  Ensure seamless support through AskHR for both front- and back-end processes.  Resolve HR support cases of moderate to high complexity that cannot be answered immediately through service centres
·  Support the onboarding of ANZ HPE Graduates
·  Define the strategy for HR Operations support of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO).  Lead, coordinate and provide HR Operations support for all MADO employee transitions
·  Partner with other HR functions including Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Labour Relations in delivering overall HR services to the Business and employees
·  Engage and partner with our Benefits providers and regulatory authorities, as relevant

I f you are:-

·  Equipped with 1 to 2 years of related experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, preferably covering Compensation, Benefits, and Finance
·  Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Knowledgeable in back-end processes
·  Skilled in quantitative and qualitative analysis, time management, and planning
·  With strong customer orientation, attention to detail, and accuracy
·  Familiar with the use of HR productivity tools, systems and HRIS applications.
·  Able to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions
