UX Designer

As UX Designer, you be the voice of our users, crafting accessible and intuitive experiences while taking into account the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that drive our business.

Our ideal candidate has a track record of designing flows and wireframes with a strong bias towards user-centric design. The ability to focus in a fast-paced with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers in an agile environment.

You will design web experiences that are responsive while taking into account user's behaviors and intentions in providing them the information they need to make product purchasing decisions.

This position reports to the Design Team Lead. Our team is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead information architecture (flows diagrams and wireframes) for online marketing platform.
· Ability to sketch high-level and detailed ideas individually and during working sessions.
· Assist Product Managers with feature enhancements and requirements.
· Collaborate with other designers during explorations and feedback stage.
· Run user research tasks such as usability studies and user interviews.
· Build prototypes for usability testing.
· Work closely with immediate team of Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Developers and Content Strategist.
· Leverage available insights including market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings in all design activities.

Desired profile

Qualifications
·  BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
·  3+ years business-to-business design experience.
·  Extensive knowledge with Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Visio or similar tools.
·  Understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
·  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ideal candidates will have:
·  Experience with design-driven innovation in the enterprise and/or SaaS space.
·  Previous work designing an experience targeted at developers and IT professionals.
·  Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
