The role of this specific position is to support and lead the platform delivering the top selling resources for all of sales, and our channel partners.

Candidate must have outstanding content management, platform management, team collaboration, and analytical abilities.  Candidate must demonstrate aptitude for aforementioned skills with self motivation and commitment to high quality results.

Responsibilities

·  Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills  
·  Develop, evolve, and provide thought leadership in content delivery and syndication design methodologies on behalf of sales and channel partners.
·  Drive best in class reporting and metrics to understand usage and drive adoption where possible.
·  Analyze and manage program costs to achieve best-in-class benchmarks.

Qualifications

·  Proven ability to convey complex concepts in meaningful, simple ways
·  Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion
·  Demonstrated ability to achieve outstanding quality results while balancing multiple priorities
·  Successful teaming and collaboration – across HPE/Geos/BGs/BUs/functions and significant experience running and/or participating on global, cross function teams

Skills  

·  Experience of content creation and lifecycle management
·  Managing content management system(s)
·  Understanding of content metadata schemes and deployments
·  Exhibits excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
·  Exercises independent judgment in developing content, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives
·  Knowledge of sales/content/ communication/marketing fundamentals and products/services/solution/sales lifecycle systems
·  Achieves financial goals, operational goals, and assigned metrics
·  Expert ability to quickly lead the adoption of new, emerging tools, technologies, and communication systems
·  Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills; able to build, manage and influence virtual teams
·  Interfaces effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines

Education

·  Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing, Communications or related field
·  Advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience
·  2+ years communication, marketing & enablement role or equivalent experience
·  Industry, sales, channel and/or program experience a plus
