Job Description:

   

As a Graduate Business Analyst you will be responsible for supply chain planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and delivery of products and services to the company policy and country regulatory requirements. You will be partnering with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities :

·  Responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory, order fulfillment, quality, and new business introduction with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgement.
·  Support key metrics, produce reports and analyze the subsequent data using various IT systems.
·  Review current regional and global business processes for consolidation and alignment.
·  Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
·  Support system migration and the subsequent management of change.

Education and Experience Required:

·  First level university degree, completed within the last year with a 2.1 classification or above; or equivalent experience.
·  Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function.
·  Proven experience of working within a team environment.
·  The ability to work to specific time lines.
·  The adoption of a flexible attitude to working within a Global team.
·  The ability to see a task through to conclusion.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Good understanding of supply chain processes.
·  Demonstrated analytical skills.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
·  Good interpersonal skills.
·  Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
·  Basic understanding of project management and LEAN methodologies.
·  Business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
·  Basic knowledge of inventory analysis, quality management and supply v’s demand planning.
