Calling all innovative pricing professionals, keen to take the next step on their growth journey and make an impact in HPEs primary strategic business!

This role will be providing dedicated pricing support of HPE’s flagship consumption service, GreenLake, specifically focusing on building and maintaining standard pricing capabilities and processes in support of HPE GreenLake Quick Quote, a sales quoting tool for standard GreenLake offerings. 

As a Global GreenLake Pricing Manager you will work in a newly formed, dynamic, team concentrated on helping to drive the GreenLake business towards its aggressive growth strategy.  A key part of that growth strategy is to focus on selling standardised, pre-packaged, GreenLake offers through HPE GreenLake Quick Quote (GLQQ).  This individual will lead the effort to develop and maintain robust and innovative pricing strategies and global pricing for the applicable GLQQ workloads for use through direct, channel and direct to customer sales motions. 

You will partner extensively with Product Management, Geos and HIT teams to ensure that standardized products are well defined and can be priced appropriately as well as using external information to appropriately benchmark any standardized pricing created.

As this is a comparatively new area for HPE GreenLake there is a large opportunity for someone to innovate extensively in deriving robust but streamlined processes that allow a simple pricing framework which will enable both new workloads to be established as well as existing workloads to be refreshed regularly, with a constant eye on market competitiveness and financial viability to the different market segments.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and will ideally have a very strong pricing, financial and business background as well as having expertise in project management.  Experience of consumption/utility based pricing models would be invaluable as would experience of constructing standard offers for complex solutions.

·  Can lead (virtual) teams to achieve results
·  Has proficiency with desktop applications with high proficiency in excel
·  Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills, English language proficiency
·  Has influencing skills within same team and level
·  Has a demonstrated ability to manage plans to meet goals
·  Works closely with user and stakeholder community (pursuit, business and portfolio)
·  Champions and coaches team and Geos/countries on relevant pricing competence to support the Pricing team’s growth and maturity
