Strategy, Planning & Operations Analyst support our business and functions through operational execution of our business, processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

·  Supporting business and functions in the forecast process.
·  Forecast data consolidation and data inputs coordination.
·  Funnel Management – Funnel Quality KPI follow up and management.
·  Supporting sales with different reports.
·  KPI monitoring, developing and provide operational support for local initiatives in alignment with Geo.
·  Direct Proposal and legal documents archiving – Coordination and uploading into tools, Governance for local archiving with Sales.
·  Master Data Management responsibilities Finland and Baltics.
·  Market data usage to support sales management and sales.
·  Sales campaigns coordination.
·  Pricing analytics dashboard: creation of pricing dashboard regarding TAT and pricing bands and regular updates for the data.
·  Marketing Development Funds ( MDF)  coordination covering inputs from business.
·  Contractor’s Obligations and Liability: legal requirement to review all PO’s containing 3rd party work and make sure that all vendor related certificates are stored in share point and refreshed when necessary. Tasks include interaction with PO requestors and vendors.

Education:

·  You can be a young talent, just starting your carrier or with a few years work experience.
·  Hold a University of applied sciences or equivalent education.
·  You can also be just ready to graduate.

·  have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English language.
·  have good analytical, statistic, problem solving skills and ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.

·  have good analytical thinking, technical analysis, and extensive knowledge of Excel skills including understanding of macros.
·  have ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
