If you are our Field Service Engineer in Seoul, you will have a chance to:

This is a regionalized country-support role, in the field, supporting a product line (Indigo) for the GSS business. Reports to regional Escalation Manager. Specialization among the FSE can include web segment or commercial and software or color management.

The Field Service Engineer's key role is to provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of commercial and L&P printing system. For FSE's, this includes ensuring equipment is installed, maintained, and repaired as requested by the company and to the satisfaction of the customer and company. Additional responsibilities include documentation, testing, calibration, trouble shooting and/or preventative maintenance. Through this work, FSEs achieve positive and consistent customer experience.

·  Timely installation for sales recognition
·  Provide technical on-site support to customer installed base under the regional SLA
·  Support regional team leader in achieving shared goals
·  Support sales and existing marketing functions for shows/exhibits at the country stated
·  Customers are normally within a 160 km radius further travel can be expected)
·  Provide TCE by delighting customers, responding promptly & correctly to their needs
·  Responsible for Spare Part car kit as well as return of spares
·  Responsible for spare parts consumption reduction
·  May need to be available outside of standard working hours.

and revenue processes E2E & compliance
·  Customer – Achieve perfect site survey and installations, service skills, customer understanding

·  Financial – Control over travel time, overtime,
warranty costs, and spare parts costs follow and produce reports
