We are currently hiring for our APAC Graduate Program and are seeking graduates who are interested in the business of IT, and are keen on making an impact in the world through technology.

Our APAC Graduate Program aims to provide you with the opportunity to explore specific areas of interest in IT by exposing you to different facets of it. If successful in your application you would begin with:

·  Two 6-months cycles in different areas of specialization before landing a confirmed placement in the 2nd year of the program.
·  During the program you would be mentored and provided with essential skills training to accelerate your learning.
·  You would also be driving a key business improvement project from end to end.

In a typical day as an Enterprise Account Manager , you would...

·  Develop a basic connection between the customer's business priorities and the plan to support those with HPE's portfolio, leveraging internal resources and support.
·  Build and execute a basic plan to drive growth and profitability, based on a basic understanding of the differentiation of higher value products and services.
·  Engage with the customer to identify opportunities. Translate customers' basic business challenges and goals into IT opportunities.  Be accountable for deal closure. Drive deals to closure through a multi-disciplinary team, including partners.
·  Develop an ad hoc professional network within the customer. Articulate the customer's decision making process and defines a basic engagement model.
·  Engage HPE Partner Business Managers to access partners and build joint solutions.
·  Develop basic knowledge of information technology and HPE's portfolio. Build self-governed process for developing own skills and knowledge.
·  Maintain tactical relationships with extended account team members. Provide feedback when requested.
·  Utilize HPE tools and processes for basic customer advocacy.
·  Build basic account business plans for defined accounts, focused on tactical plans within the fiscal year.

If you are...

·  A holder of a University or Bachelor’s Degree. Engineering or technology education is a plus.
·  Typically with 1 to 3+ years of sales experience.
·  With experience in the IT industry -- preferred but not required
·  Persistent in face of obstacles and has a clear results orientation
·  Continuously enhancing basic sales planning skills and actively pursues own learning.
·  Able to deliver on short term sales engagements and objectives.
·  Knowledgeable of cutting edge IT industry developments and technology trends with potential impacts to our customers.
·  Able to create professional relationships; understands and leverages the value of collaboration.
·  Able to listen actively to understand the perspectives of others.  Able to articulate value propositions, plans, and proposals in language relevant to the customer, partner or internal stakeholder.
·  With understanding of general business concepts and the economy. Develops understanding of financial reports. Similar principles apply to public sector organizations.
