Overview

Provide support to the HPE product development process (PDP) framework and information tools, including system administration and user assistance. Collaborate with internal R&D/engineering functions on improving product development tools and processes. Work require interactions with various HPE groups and external parties such as IT and partners.

Background

Information technology, IT system administration and support, project management, software engineering, software application development, relational database development & support.

Responsibilities:

·  Support the Hybrid IT product development process (PDP) framework and associated information systems & tools.
·  Responsible for developing and administering PDP information systems, including SharePoint sites and other large database applications.
·  Support PDP system users (user access management, project creation). Provide technical assistance and training to end-users of these systems.
·  Create project management reports and dashboards
·  Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PDP systems.
·  Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials.
·  Participate in R&D process and tools improvement programs.
·  Collaborate with Hybrid IT departments and teams.

Education and Experience Required:

· 
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Information Management, or equivalent

· 
Minimum 0-3 years work experience

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
·  Must work well in teams. 
·  Good analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Knowledge or experience with programming languages, database applications, web technologies (JavaScript, Visual Basic/C#, HTML/ASP, XML, Web services, CSS, SQL queries, SSRS/Reporting Services, SharePoint)
·  Knowledge or experience with report writing and analytics tools (SSRS Reporting Services, PowerBI, QlikView, others)
·  Knowledge or experience with Windows Server, Internet Information Server (IIS), SQL relational database administration.
·  Proficient with productivity software applications (Microsoft Office)
· 
Knowledge or experience with project and program management methods, understanding of project planning software applications (EPPM)

Understanding of organization and company product and service offering development process
