As an Electrical Engineering Hardware (Test Automation) Intern, you will enjoy being part of a global community of top engineers, who are at the heart of the company’s innovative technology infrastructure products. You will have the opportunity to work on various responsibilities for the design and development of web and mobile application tools implemented within HPE Aruba R&D team.

In a typical day as an Electrical Engineering Hardware (Test Automation) Intern, you would:

·  Be a part of the Aruba Networking Platform Hardware tools & automation team, propose and develop next generation tools and automation solutions for R&D team.
·  Responsible in designing new automation scripts, web and mobile applications, validating scripts with unit tests and and working cross functionally with other development groups.
·  Identify areas for productivity improvement from HW design flow, gather problem statement and tools requirements from team, propose ideas and solutions to the problem statement, deliver proof of concept, code and test the final solution.  
·  Work on small independent engineering projects to augment internal work
·  Prepare reports and write technical documentation

If you are

·  A third-year or final year student from Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics
·  Familiar with a programming language such as HTML, ccs, Javascript
·  Proficient with a scripting language such as Python
·  Strong interest in coding
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Have a strong passion for technology
·  Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit
·  Have a leadership experience at university and/or participation in extracurricular activities in student organizations and/or community service.
