Responsibilities
· :Responsible for the overall Education business success in Slovakia
· Responsible for Order, Revenue and Margin contribution for Education Business in Slovakia
· Establishes activities and business plans to support business goals and initiatives by driving profitable growth and customer satisfaction
· Leads end-to-end service delivery, sales readiness and associated processes.
· Manages and monitors performance (e.g., attach, penetration, revenue, customer satisfaction); delivers recovery or action plans in case of underperformance
· Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
· Creates mutually beneficial relationship with Product Business Groups, Alliance partners, support teams, Sales, Solution Partners Organization, and delivery functions.
Requirements:
· Typically 4+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management
· Experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, services/solution architecting and selling or business planning
· Medium knowledge of IT and services industry and Education market
· Problem detection and analysis of root cause
· Skills in planning and financial analysis
· Good presentation skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
