eCommerce is at the core of modern business practices and electronic messaging is the technical enabler that makes it real.  At Hewlett Packard Enterprise we are in the midst of an enterprise wide transformation of our business and are seeking highly motivated individuals to develop the next generation of IT solutions to drive growth and innovation.
 

We are looking for an experienced IT technical analyst to support development of business to business integration with our sales partners and third party market places using a variety of technical standards (EDI/cXML/IDOC/JSON/etc).  Looking for individuals who can innovate and take ideas from concept to implementation while working collaboratively as a team. 

Responsibilities

·  Work with HPE and External Partner business/IT resources to complete electronic messaging deliverables in support of transformation and onboarding projects.
·  Act as a representative of HPE with customers and partners to communicate technical standards and solve customer pain points.
·  Performs analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements. Work with multiple business and IT teams to perform data mapping between applications.
·  A preponderance of time is spent in creative problem solving and applies in-depth or technical knowledge to various technology areas or functions.
·  Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and our customers.

Knowledge and Skills

·  3+ years’ experience as Analyst or Developer role for EDI as well as other forms of electronic messaging such as cXML and JSON
·  Ability to represent HPE in on-boarding technical discussions with external customers/partners and experience with gathering EDI, ecommerce requirements for ERP implementations.
·  Experience leading complex data mapping activities with joint business and IT participation
·  Knowledge of EDI standards – UN/EDIFACT and ANSI ASC X12 (Orders, Invoice, Ship Note, 810, 850, 855, 856)
·  Excellent organizational and communication skills
·  Seeburger developer experience strongly preferred
·  Experience with EDI migration efforts in SAP environment and SQL experience preferred
·  Experience with authoring Implementation Guides using tools such as edifecs Specbuilder a plus
·  Experience working with multiple IT service providers and solution integrators preferred
·  Implementation experience with 3rd party electronic invoicing brokers (Tungsten, Ariba, etc.) a plus
·  Implementation experience with modern messaging and data integration solutions.  Kafka and Snap Logic a plus
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
·  Experience working with multi-geography cross – functional teams.
