Primary Responsibilities:

• Should possess good knowledge & implementation experience of complete Software Development Life Cycle Process, following Agile development methodology

• Should be able to review the requirements thoroughly and provide a robust & scalable solution at the first instance, without much dependence on his/her lead

• Should be able to review and suggest a solution, when given a problem statement

• Should be able to work directly with Customer to gather, document requirements, and develop design document

• Should be able to drive the developer to build the scalable solution as per design suggested by you

• Possess good voice over implementing & suggesting the best technology and providing scalable solutions to customer.

• Consistently delivers high-quality services to clients

o Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

o Should be able to do peer-review for scalable solutions.

o Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer

o Demonstrates productivity with speed of execution

o Accurately completes and submits weekly status reports & conduct reviews in a timely manner

o Perform peer code review and suggest improvements

o Ability in providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process

Desired profile

Qualifications / Experience/ Skills:

o Graduates / Post Graduates with Engineering/IT/Computer Science specialization.

o Experience level between 1-4 years with Application development knowledge, minimum 2 years of tech lead role.

o Should possess strong SQL knowledge and be able to write complex stored procedures and functions. Optimize long running queries using tuning advisor and execution plan.

o Hands-on experience in SSIS and SSRS will be an added advantage,

o Should have good experience in Windows, Web based application using .net, MVC, Angular JS, Entity framework, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5 etc.,

o Should have exposure to UI/UX design concepts.

o Possess good Project management skills and ability to drive the project from start till end for its full lifecycle.

o Basic knowledge on Supply Chain domain knowledge preferred.

o Good team player & Good Working Attitude.

o Possess good Communication Skills both written & verbal.

o Flexible, Adapt Quickly, Show Responsiveness and should contribute in Innovation and continuous improvement

o Possess good Problem solving and Analytical skills.

o Flexible to support US time zones.
