Joining our HPE Hybrid Cloud team and working as part of our OpsRamp team is a chance to make history and be a driving force in the industry. What you'll do:

OpsRamp, an HPE company, is looking for an experienced Director, Solutions Consulting to lead the Global SC team. As an executive, your mission is responsible for working directly with our top global clients. The position supports key client engagements, but also is a key part of the team to inform product R&D for our next-gen solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring successful handoff to deployment and ensuring the project is delivered successfully.

·  Oversee product demonstrations’ design, preparation, and delivery to prospects, customers, and sales organizations.
·  Responsible for performing assessments, identifying client challenges, and compiling summary of gaps and opportunities.
·  Responsible for identifying and addressing new and existing client needs.
·  Responsible for creating clear and actionable client recommendations, pricing estimates, and additional follow-up material through approval.
·  Monitor the different stages of project management and product development strategies.
·  Create actionable implementation recommendations anticipating key challenges.
·  Operate efficiently with multi-country/cultural teams.
·  Monitor different stages of the sales cycle & ensure the right resources will be deployed at the right time.
·  Mentor & provide directions to a set of top-notch architects across the globe to ensure deals have maximum technical wins.
·  Mentor the team to map key business challenges with highly technical solutions.

What you’ll need:

·  Experienced in leading and guiding the Global Solution Architect team.
·  Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, HPE partners, and other external stakeholders.
·  Ability to collaborate with leadership to ensure that HPE OpsRamp Solutions aligns with overall technology and business strategies.
·  Present architecture concepts, strategies, and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders.
·  Provide technical leadership and support for pre-sales projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to architecture standards.
·  IT Operations Management (ITOM) Experience is required.
·  Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $222,000.00 - $537,500.00
