Key Responsibilities
Interns will be assigned challenging positions and projects with exposure to secure development lifecycle, vulnerability response processes, and open source vulnerability detection and reporting. We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who are working to complete a Bachelor's level (or equivalent) degree. This position will contribute to product cybersecurity automation projects through research of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), building APIs, data manipulation, and development of a reporting platform. Contribute to an in-house vulnerability tracking system and help determine the best way to map vulnerability data to Aruba products.
What is an ideal candidate for the Cyber Security Intern Program? (Education and Experience Required)
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent) and completed three years
• Strong interest in cybersecurity
• Self-starter with ability to manage work in multiple areas and within a virtual work environment
• Programming experience with Python, Java, SQL, and web application technologies
• Strong contributor who wants to make an impact
• Critical analytical skills
• Drive to contribute and make an impact
