HPE Content Syndication Services
Support to Partners in terms of:
· CAP - the core product syndication service for HPE. Enables partner to extract the information required to showcase on the partner’s website and / or create own customized product catalogue in partner’s own look and feel
· Dynamic Syndication Brand Showcase - Showcases the HPE brand of products on the partner’s website, enables easy selection of the products & solutions the partner sells and the customer is looking for.
· Enhanced Product Syndication Inline, Minisites, HotSpots - Enhances partner’s online HPE product pages with a range of services; Inline Pages, Minisites and Hotspots. Accelerates shopper education by leveraging the best possible positioning of product and maximizes awareness of key content.
· Dynamic Syndication Campaigns - No need to wait for channel assets to launch, Campaign syndication helps enable the launch of selected campaign(s) at the same time HPE launches campaigns.
HPE Partner Marketing Concierge is a dedicated service tailored to help HPE partners find the marketing content they need. Partners can connect to the Concierge Support Service using “Email”, “Begin Chat” or “Get Support” buttons to ask for the assets they need.
Service can be accessed through Partner Ready Portal (Sales and Marketing tab) or on hpe.com. Comprehensive range of support:
Social Media Center:
· Keywords, filter search
· Blog articles
· Share on social networks
· Schedule posts
Content Syndication:
· Product content
· Products images & videos
· Technical specifications
· Collateral materials
· Product marketing messaging
· Banner & Web
Process improvements
· Incorporate the personal experience and knowledge to improve the general Marketing Operations processes used in day-to-day activities
· Actively search for new solutions to improve the day-to-day activity
· Documenting WW Marketing Operations processes (Marketing Documentation Consolidation Project)
Training and communication
· Attend all required trainings and provide feedback, information and recommendations in support of training improvements
· Assist new comers as per request in completing their mandatory trainings/tasks from the New Employee Orientation program
· May deliver or assist in delivering trainings and/or presentations on Marketing Operations functions or general business issues
· Act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts
· Ensure transparency of information, by properly documenting and storing on SharePoint the information of public interest
Other responsibilities
· Ensure proper backup and handover during vacation and other absence
· Participate in the department’s activities related to policies and procedures
· Apply Control & Quality policies to ensure HPE policies and audit requirements are met
· Respect HPE confidentiality and private information policies by disclosing information generated within the department exclusively to authorized receivers
· Responsible for ensuring the personal conduct as in keeping with Hewlett-Packard’s standards of business conduct while representing HPE
· Responsible to care for and secure the department’s equipment under his/her ownership during the duration of his/her employment
· Support the department’s development projects with relevant data and actions
· Answer e-mails within one working day and immediately for urgent ones
· Perform additional activities assigned by managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Knowledge, skills, experience)
· Minimum one year office work experience
· Fluent English knowledge
· PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
· Ability to work as part of a remote/virtual team
· Good communication skills (good questioning and listening skills)
· Strong motivation, good eye for details, high degree of accuracy
