The Global Trade team's charter is to enable the HPE businesses import or export activities around the world.

We're looking for a creative, highly motivated team member who can help to drive and create communications, videos, newsletters, presentations for the HPE Global Trade organization. The individual should have an awareness of Global Trade topics and be comfortable learning very quickly and engaging across the worldwide GT team. Candidate will also be responsible for management of the Internal Control Program (ICP), working with identified business units/global functions to do a self-assessment, identify corrective actions and work in partnership with them to implement actions, as well and maintain the program as a priority.

Responsibilities:

·  Developing and creating communications material (videos, newsletters, presentations).
·  Program management for the Internal Control Program (ICP).

Education and Experience Required:

·  Typically 3-5 years experience in Marketing, Communications and Project Management.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Video creation and development.
·  Project Management.
·  Ability to understand abstract ideas fully, and logically address project objectives with limited direction.
·  Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Basic business acumen and basic Global Trade technical knowledge.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·  Advanced group facilitation.
·  Good relationship management skills, including partnering.
