Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is hiring a Communications and Marketing Intern for this summer internship based in Bellevue, WA .

HPE is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing team. Our marketing department produces work for our joint alliance relationship with Microsoft. HPE and Microsoft work together to drive accelerated outcomes for both companies to support customers as they evolve from traditional IT to a cloud-centric IT model.
We are seeking an intern who can participate in the development of marketing collateral, online marketing campaigns and social media. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities may include:

·  Assist in the creation of marketing presentations,  e-mail campaigns, sales materials for the field, etc. to create awareness, excitement and leads in the field
·  Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials to deepen engagement and evangelism with Target Accounts
·  Assist with development of materials for conferences, including award submissions
·  Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials to engage and excite Microsoft and HPE sales
·  Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
·  Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
·  Prepare presentations the get the field ready for selling and enable joint sales success
·  Provide support for social media efforts to educate and inspire with joint sales wins

Requirements:

·  Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related.
·  At least a completed Sophomore by May 2017.
·  Must be graduating AFTER August 2017
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills
·  Very proficient with social media outlets like: Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogging or similar
·  From class projects or work experience, some working knowledge on writing business / technical communication pieces
·  Must be able to provide a cover letter or a writing sample (1 page) to be reviewed by the hiring team
·  Must live within a commutable distance to Bellevue, WA, relocation assistance is not provided

Preferred :

·  Proficient with MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
