The Business Process Improvement (BPI) team drives transformation initiatives with HPE’s business groups. This individual will be responsible for engaging with internal HPE customers to align on priorities, define improvement opportunities, and drive the execution of improvement initiatives. Proven experience in defining and delivering transformation programs is necessary.
The BPI Internship is a 10-12 week project based work assignment that may include:
· Working across HPE businesses and functional organizations as a trusted advisor/consultant
· Project Management, Communication & Presentation skills
· Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements
· Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change
· Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes to include stakeholder assessments and communications. Foster organization wide collaboration in solving problems
· Communicate & summarize message in succinct and manner
· Developing Leadership & Influencing skills
· Develop network across peers, managers, senior leadership and executives
· Efficiency gains through process improvement projects & execution
· Working knowledge of HPE, and its business objectives
· Social & Volunteer events with other Interns
· Opportunity for end of summer project report out
Education or Experience
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent major; current Sophomores and Juniors preferred
