You will have a chance to
· Develops product support plans for all relevant products, taking into account country-specific needs and service infrastructure
· Represents services on product core teams and defines product service requirements throughout the entire service lifecycle. Working with service marketing and sales to define the introduction strategy of new proucts including marketing collateral and other tools
· Working with remote support and field delivery arms (HP and reseller), sets product service metric goals, monitors support performance and identifies what corrective action is required to ensure cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborates with regions/Worldwide (WW) regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance
· Working with all relevant stakeholders to analyse business performance and implement programs and initiative to meet revenue and profitability targets set.
· Leads activities within specific area of portfolio and/or geographic responsibility to achieve results within same organization

Desired profile

Education and Experience Required:

· Typically 3+ years experience in directly related business
· Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience
