  Hourly Rate of £11.80 per hour

A Golf Member Care Assistant is responsible for sales and guest services from the Clubhouse.

 

What will I be doing?

 

A Golf Member Care Assistant, ensures that the golfers and guests needs are looked after at the Club. Your role will be varied to include Food and Beverage service, monitor and replenish supplies/food products behind the bar based on day's sales and business. In addition time will be spent within the Golf Shop dealing with member/guest tee reservations, player enquiries and other daily golf operation duties.  Full training will be given.

Work Schedule must be flexible to include weekends and holidays as required.  You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

•            Other duties may be assigned as directed to support the objectives of the operation to deliver first class services at the Golf Course

•            Receives work direction on a daily basis from the Director of Golf/Supervisors.

•            Assist in stocks and inventories of both the Golf Shop and Golf Bar to ensure sufficient product for day's business.

•            Handles sale of product amenities to proper method of payments and reconciles sales at end of shift

•            Assists in regularly scheduled work activities not limited to cleaning, restocking, ordering, etc.

•            Supports fellow team members in the achievement of first class services

•            Maintain a schedule of daily routines to ensure the achievement of first class services and the minimization of operational costs
