Hilton San Francisco Union Square is seeking a Laundry Manager to lead the Laundry team.
As one of the tallest buildings in the city, this historic yet innovative 3-tower hotel has 1,921 rooms, 134,500 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. Located in the heart of San Francisco, the Hilton San Francisco Union Square is in the middle of everywhere you want to go!
The ideal candidates will possess the following experience and will be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
· Three years of laundry operations experience is required.
· Three years of Management experience is required.
· Union experience is required.
Salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $105,000.
What will I be doing?
· Directs laundry and/or uniform staff to ensure a constant supply of clean, quality linens and/or uniforms for the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards.
· Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
· Ensures laundry facility and equipment are in optimum operating condition and in full compliance with OSHA requirements and guidelines.
· Manages departmental financial processes of forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, payroll and inventory control.
