The team is currently seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis. This role will support the Human Resources team by responding to team member inquiries, answering incoming calls, be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the Human Resources Office.
Ideal candidates for this role will possess the following experience/skills:
· Six months of administrative and/or office support experience.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as strong computer skills.
· Must be bilingual in Spanish.
· Previous customer service and/or hotel operations experience is a plus!
What will I be doing?
A Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Provide clerical and office support and assistance to department management.
· Route incoming mail, faxes, and packages.
· Answer telephone and greets and assists team members and external guests with requests.
· Write correspondence on behalf of the department.
· Make copies, send/distributes outgoing mail.
· Ensure accurate and timely data entry of team member records including new hires, terminations, status changes, personal data, etc.
· File and maintain files accurately and in a timely manner.
· Assist with a variety of requests.
· Maintain office supplies for department.
· Keep work area clean and organized.
· Maintain a good working relationship with other department, employees, and guests.
· Assist in the organization of Team Member social events.
