You Tasks:
· You are responsible for the smooth running of all term tasks in the front office area
· You are responsible for the satisfaction of our guests and this has top priority for you
· You control our standards, optimize them or introduce new standards if necessary and train the staff accordingly
· Together with your staff, you will design their success planning and active further development
· You prepare various business reports
· You ensure and control cost compliance in the department
· You participate in the strategic planning and goal setting of the hotel
· You act as a role model in leading and motivating your employees
· You take a pro-active role in recruiting your team and participate in job interviews
· You will conduct training, appraisal interviews and feedback sessions with employees
· You are responsible for a thorough and detailed induction of new employees
· You will participate in the rotating Manager on Duty system (including weekends)
