We are currently seeking a highly motivated Banquets Coordinator to be part of our dynamic team. Situated near the vibrant Arena District, Short North Arts District, and North Market, you'll be at the heart of the action in Columbus.

Schedule: This role will be working Monday - Friday between 10am-6pm and/or 11am-7pm based on business demands 

What will I be doing?

As our Banquets Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the banquet management team as well as the culinary management team.

As a Team Member your essential functions in this role include such things as:

·  To organize, plan and prioritize your duties by developing plans and goals.
·  Timely communication to internal clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person.
·  Manage the BEO books for both banquet and culinary teams by completing Daily change logs, distros, and weekly Batch.
·  Assist in managing the culinary teams BEO walls
·  Creating food labels for events. Consulting with the culinary team, when necessary, to update dietary items.  Save in appropriate files, print, and distribute to appropriate events.
·  Assist with creating Captain’s Reports
·  Assist with entering banquet checks into POS
·  Assist with entering banquet schedule into Unifocus
·  Other duties as necessary based on business needs
·  Regular attendance
