Job Description Summary
Strategic execution partner and trusted advisor to the Wind Quality Leader, responsible for driving the operating rhythm, governance, and program management across the Wind Quality portfolio. This role will structure and accelerate delivery of key initiatives including Blades wing-to-wing, QMR processes (10–12 processes), Dogger Bank C readiness, and the “One Wind” QMS project. Support standing up and a Quality Council to align the business under a unified quality leadership structure; and support the transition of LWQ for Onshore from Service. The Chief of Staff will coordinate across functions and regions, manage external partners (e.g., Genpact for QMS support), and ensure resources, budgets, and change management are in place to achieve outcomes. Strong change agent, operator, and program leader with the ability to turn strategy into repeatable execution. With great communications skills using and supporting to convey messages to executive leadership teams with the use of Power point.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic partner and governance lead
·
·
Serve as advisor and execution arm to the Wind Quality Leader; translate strategy into integrated roadmaps and clear outcomes.
·
Support running the Wind Quality Council governance (cadence, agenda, action tracking) to align on priorities, decisions, and accountability across the unified quality leadership structure.
·
Create and maintain standard operating mechanisms (weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews, tiered ops reviews, decision forums).
·
Leadership for priority initiatives

Support and lead:
·
·
Blades wing-to-wing quality improvements.
·
QMR processes (10–12 processes) standardization and sustainment.
·
Dogger Bank C readiness (cross-functional readiness plan, risks, dependencies).
·
“One Wind” QMS program (design, deployment, adoption, and sustainment), including coordination with Genpact and the established support model.
·
Drive structured execution: scoped charters, integrated master plans, critical path and dependency management, risk/issue management, and benefits realization.
·
Stakeholder, partner, and vendor management
·
·
Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, Service, HSE, Compliance, IT/Digital) to remove roadblocks and deliver outcomes.
·
Manage external partners (e.g., Genpact) including SOWs, SLAs, intake, and value tracking; ensure seamless handoffs and sustained support.
·
Performance management and communications
·

Define and track KPIs for each initiative and for the Quality organization (e.g., QMS adoption, process maturity, NCR/defect trends, cycle times, audit readiness).
·
Build clear dashboards and reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and prepare executive-level materials for internal and external engagements.
·
Lead change management, communications, and training plans to drive adoption and sustainment.
·
Budget, resources, and operations
·
·
Support budget planning and tracking for the Quality portfolio; manage resource plans and prioritization across concurrent workstreams.
·
Establish standard work, playbooks, and toolkits to enable repeatable, scalable execution.
·
Continuous improvement and problem solving

Comfortably navigate the systems of records to analyse results and adjusting path.
·
Apply Lean and structured problem-solving (e.g., A3, 8D) to address root causes and institutionalize improvements across processes and sites.

Model high standards in meetings, decision-making rigor, and follow-through.
·
May independently lead cross-functional teams and special projects with moderate to high complexity.
Required Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
·
Minimum 5 years of management consulting or equivalent internal change management/process improvement experience leading cross-functional programs.
Desired Characteristics
·
Demonstrated experience standing up PMO/Chief of Staff capabilities and running governance councils across multiple concurrent initiatives.
·
Strong stakeholder management, executive communications, and influence skills; ability to align diverse teams around clear priorities and outcomes.
·
Proficiency in building metrics and dashboards and using data to drive decisions.
·
Industrial background
·
Formal project management and/or process improvement credentials (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
·
MBA or Masters degree from an accredited university.
·
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to create compelling executive collateral.
·
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage significant parallel work packages.
·
High interpersonal leadership, influencing skills, ambition, and self-confidence.
·
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems; ability to document, plan, and execute programs across regions and time zones.
·
Broad business acumen and comfort with ambiguity; hands-on operator mindset.
·
Willingness to travel as required.

Pay Transparency:
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $178,000.00 - 238,000.00USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% annual performance incentive.
