Job Description Summary

The job role involves training fresh non-experience recruits to enable them to service LEAP engines for a major MRO in West Poland. The role includes teaching several fundamental skills appropriate to future pipeline of Aircraft Engine Technicians and passing on of knowledge to ensure that our Trainees get the best experience and are prepared to work in a fast-paced production MRO.

Summary of Role

The successful candidate will undertake the following functions:-

Teaching the use of hand tool and measurement devise.

Sharing how to navigate the technical documentation.

Formulate and products training materials.

Develop the skills of Trainee Technicians to prepare them for working in a busy production-based environment.

Must be a team player.

Identify areas for improvement in the training process.

Work with the Site Training Leader and Training Team to continuously improve and streamline the training experience.

Leading Trainee Technicians Team

Requirements

Understanding surrounding aviation processes and procedures.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Meeting deadlines when required.

Flexible and willing to work as part of a team.

Good oral and written communication skills.

English language B2 or higher.

Attention to detail.

Willing to travel if required.
