You will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy to drive SQDC outcomes for outsourced generators supply chain.
Job Description
What you’ll do
· Partner with the Global and Site Commodity Leaders in the development of the teams' supply chain and negotiation strategies
· Consolidate and communicate demand forecasts from business units and sites
· Support Global and Site Commodity Leader on competitive intelligence, pricing analytics, should-cost or price regression opportunities to support strategy development and to establish baseline product costs and target pricing analytics
· Own monthly KPI reporting management for the commodity group
· Own and drive regular management updates for the entire group, identify and action gaps and risks
· Own parts assignment across Global and Site Commodity Leaders for strategic ownership
· Co-ordinate maintenance of negotiated vendor price repository across Global and Site Commodity Leaders
· Own, maintain and develop Long Range Forecast process and tool for the entire team, to project cost, volume, market and capacity trends of commodity
· Own the handoff of negotiated vendor pricing / terms and LTA's to the Procurement and Materials team, co-ordinate price upload process
· Own leakage control, ensure negotiated pricing is leveraged, minimize savings leakage, track contract compliance execution
· Identify Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) opportunities from the business
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
· Business or Technical University degree
· Significant experience in strategic global sourcing or operational sourcing/purchasing
· Demonstrated experience in procurement data analysis
· Fluent English AND Hungarian language knowledge
· Understand the purchasing processes and tools
· Understand ERP systems and reporting capabilities
· Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix organization.
· Self-starter, resourceful, team builder.
What will make you stand out
· SQL/Power Query/Excel knowledge is an advantage
· MS/MBA degree.
· Prior leadership experience.
· Strong negotiator

· This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
