Essential Responsibilities:
In this position you will:
- Direct, plan, and perform assessments to ensure compliance to U.S. and international nuclear quality regulations and standards such as 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR71 Subpart H, 10CFR21, CSA N286-12, CSA N299.1, ISO 9001, ASME NQA-1.
- Develop depth/breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serve as best practice/quality resource. Contribute towards strategy and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Effectively communicate complex messages to all levels of the organization. Build consensus on topics within expertise.
- Influence and support approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization.
- Influence and support quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team.
- Use critical thinking to solve moderately complex tasks or problems that affect the function. Use own technical experience and expertise, and internal and external sources to arrive at decisions.
- Professionally represent GEH in the support of external, customer, and regulatory assessments / visits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a nuclear QA Program.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in quality assurance, quality auditing or related capacity.
Eligibility Requirements
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a site security clearance, including NRC required background check.

- Ability and willingness to travel to other GEH, customer, and supplier facilities (including international locations) up to 35% of the time.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a related technical discipline from an accredited university or college.
- Certified, or able to certify, as a Lead Auditor to ASME NQA-1 standard.
- Demonstrated familiarity with nuclear industry standards and expectations (e.g. ASME, CSA, ISO, IAEA, INPO, NEI, EPRI)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and effectively interact with all levels of management to resolve issues that cross organizational boundaries.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
The base pay range for this position is $99k - $140K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 11/2/2024.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
