100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components andsystems for the civil and military aeronautical industry.

We're currently looking for a talented Engineer to join our Team based in Prague, who will drive technical activities on H-Series Turboprop engines.

Systems engineering is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities that consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the users needs.
The discipline that executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, consisting of identification and quantification of system requirements, creation of alternate system design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for solving the detailed technical problems on H/M-series models that span across the engine modules and technical disciplines in the scope of controls & accessories.

  • Defines the technical requirements for the redesign of controls & accessories (LRUs – equipment and instruments, external pipes, cables and harnesses, hydraulic components, electrical components) that will be executed by H-Series Integration teams.

  • Coordinates the timely resolution of safety issues/concerns and field events related to controls & accessories across all design functions and provides the necessary production support.

  • Responsible for leading controls & accessories upgrades and improvements to meet regulatory and product requirements so that all contributors are aligned and working in an integrated fashion.

  • Ensures that the scope of the improvement projects for fielded products is executed on-time, on-cost, and meeting the technical requirements. Additionally, this role is responsible for the engine and propeller control system tests, design changes including new design. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited University; master's preferred

  • Significant experience in and Engineering role

  • Previous experience in a Systems Engineering role or equivalent

  • Solid background in Aeronautical field

  • Ability to lead horizontally with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

  • Systemic mindset and problem solver

  • Fluency in Englis

  • Work VISA, according to local regulation, is required

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Established project management skills.
