Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition.As a Project Management Specialist, you will be part of the organization of the Grid Systems Integration for North & South Europe Region and work directly for the Project Director on a HVDC project.
The successful candidate will be part of a high driven dynamic team.
The role will encompass a wide range of activities demanding a flexible approach to task-management and strong communication and professionalism in undertaken duties.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare, format and control technical project documentation.
- Compile and format word, excel technical / project reports to a high standard.
- Generate project document templates.
- Capture and prepare minute of meetings, coordinate responses.
- Act as an interface coordinator across the project teams and stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate project sites visits.
- Maintain Organisation charts, distribution list management, and team communication.
- Raise purchase requisitions for goods and services.
- Track deliveries to site in liaison with site team and undertake goods receipt activity in SAP.
- Monitor Purchase Orders / track invoices.
- Support onboarding activities for new starters, ensuring they have relevant equipment and system accesses.
- Ensure continued flow of information across project team.
- IT support as and when required and raising tickets in MyTech for colleagues.
- Maintain Training schedule for team ensuring all mandatory requirements met & arrange training where required.
- Ad hoc / general admin support (typing up notes, photocopying / scanning, electronic filing)

Project Organisation Experience
- Experience in a Project Management role within fast paced technical / project organisations.
