Job Description Summary
GE Aerospace is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Administration Leader to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our recruitment process. This role will be responsible for interview scheduling, requisition management, and leading a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in recruitment operations, process improvement, and leadership to drive excellence in TA administration.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Operations Management
• Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and service delivery.
• Establish and monitor team KPIs to ensure high efficiency in scheduling, requisition processing, and candidate support.
• Act as the main point of contact for recruiters and hiring managers regarding TA coordination and administrative support.
Interview Scheduling & Candidate Experience
• Oversee the end-to-end interview scheduling process, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Manage logistics for interviews, including virtual and in-person arrangements, travel coordination, and system updates.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Requisition Management & Compliance
• Manage and track job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
• Work closely with recruiters and HR teams to optimize requisition workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations throughout the TA process.
Process Improvement & Technology Optimization
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate TA administrative tasks, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Leverage ATS and other HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor partners to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in talent acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, or HR administration, preferably in a global or aerospace/manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment operations, interview scheduling, and requisition management.
• Proficiency in ATS and HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with experience supporting recruiters and hiring managers.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and process optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
