Job Description Summary

Project management related to Services and MRO (Maintenance, repair and overhaul) for Aviation turpoprop engines. Readiness of Supply Chain organization for new engine (Catalyst) program . Responsible for Gate 1 (disassembly, cleaning, inspection) and Gate 3 (Assembly & Test) readiness and capacity expansion + supporting Gate 2 (parts repairs ) staff .

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Responsibility for industrialization of Engines MRO set up, Gate 1 - 3 , spare parts management
·  Support Gate 2 industrialization
·  Coordination and supervision of capacity, capability of MRO shops
·  Managing active cooperation of departments: supply chain, program management and product support / repair engineering.
·  TG (milestones) management

Required Qualifications

·  Opportunity for candidates with experience to grow to senior level in multi disciplinary, multi location environment. (Mid career position. )
·  Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction/industrialization)- Aviation industry
·  Experience with launch management (automotive industry)
·  Experience in Aviation services and/or MRO (advantage)
·  Fluent English. Czech is advantage
·  Experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment required.
·  Advanced knowledge of MS Office and MRP (SAP, Oracle).
