Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for internal communications content and flow that is delivered within an organization in time, within relevant audiences, and with proper quality. Collaborates with functions and businesses to plan, design, and execute the organization's communication, employee engagement and support employer branding.

Essential Responsibilities

Drive employee engagement and education via culture transformation programs;
Provide regular audit of Internal Communications in the region and raise coverage of critical areas of employee interest making sure messages reach all employees in the region;
Drive internal digital channels (intranet, videos, etc) and new communication formats;
Responsible for Internal Portal maintenance: check content relevance, update content, create and upload news, support functional pages, promote internal portal within employees;
Provide communication support to corporate functions;
Drive all region HealthАhead initiative;
Responsible for internal events arrangements (Coffee&Conversation, GE Friday University, etc);
Responsible for GE Russia/CIS Corporate Newsletter;
Provide support to SCR projects and GE Volunteers community.

Desired profile

Qualifications/Requirements

At least +2 years of experience in Internal Communications role in multinational company;
Higher education in the areas of journalism, philology, communications or HR;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills both in Russian and English;
Ability to effectively working on multiple projects with competing deadlines
