We are looking to add an Industria Rotating Equipment Engineer with field experience, working in a power plant, refinery, petrochemical or chemical plant to join the organization.Do you have experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or reliability engineering of Industrial equipment in oil & gas refining, petrochemical, or power generation plant? Bring your maintenance and equipment knowledge and apply your customer service expertise to support sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a digital focus. This role impacts departmental operations and is responsible for planning/execution of operational success. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts.
Applies experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy initiatives. Developing in-depth knowledge of plant/maintenance equipment.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to initiatives.
Monitor equipment reliability metrics and partner with the operations team to prioritize work and improvements.
Propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Create, deploy, and share best practices at facility and share with other sites
Lead continuous improvement events and generate cost savings that exceed site performance goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering or other related engineering from an accredited university or college
Must have field operations and/or maintenance experience including but not limited to: gas compressors, pumps/motors, gearboxes, gas turbines, steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators, transformers, and other industrial assets used in the process of refining and/or power generation.
Familiarization with predictive diagnostics software applications.
Working knowledge/experience in the operation, maintenance, or reliability engineering of assets, equipment, and/or process in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical plant
Experienced working in an Oil & Gas or Petrochemical plant
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English and/or Spanish and English
Able to legally work in Brazil or Mexico
