Roles and Responsibilities
1- Organization chart and Job description
• Support People Leaders to update Organization chart, Job description
• Filing and manage Organization chart and JD
2 - Training
• Do logistics of training courses
• Training facilitator assistant
• Build and update training history data of employees
• Translate training documents into Vietnamese and vice versa
3 - Staff engagement and internal communication
• Organize staff events to engagement activities and build GE culture in Dung Quat Site
• Internal communicate to all hand for HR activities including content writing announcement, video making, multi channels communication, appraise the effectiveness of communication methods to continuously improve.
4 - Others
• Assist HR Partner and HR Operations related tasks HR Admin in need
• Record supplier delivery status and follow up with shop operation team on any fulfillment risk
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Fresh or 1 year experience in role of Organization Development Competency.
• Act with humility Lead with Transparency Delivery with Focus
• Good English in written and speaking, especially content writing
• Familiar with applications of graphic design or video making
• Creative, Organization skill
• Major in Pedagogy, Social Media, Human Resources.
• Experience with sourcing projects, such as supplier selection, contract negotiation, or cost analysis.
