Role Summary/Purpose

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the transactional pieces of an employee lifecycle and will act as the “go-to” for respective HR teams. In this role, you are a key partner to various groups, completing requests which help to alleviate HRMs and HRBP’s time away from their clients, and often acting as a liaison to HR Service Delivery COEs, though work should not overlap with COE work.

Essential Responsibilities

As the HR Coordinator, you will:

·  Provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple HR Business Partners and HR Managers, including but not limited to: HR requests related to job postings, offer letter requests, employee onboarding & exits, employee data maintenance, leading new hire orientations, HR data reporting and troubleshooting as needed in relation to employee pay and benefits
·  Lead HR analytical efforts to drive more effective decisions through deeper operational understanding
·  Monitor and identify trends to partner with HR Operations to drive solutions
·  Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for HR systems and tools / documentations
·  Run, build and analyze ongoing client group reports through HR reporting tools and partner with the Reporting COE when required
·  Lead other site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups
·  Provide dedicated guidance on OHR related questions, HR fundamentals and processes, mastering OneHR site and guiding the HR function towards a more digital way of managing workforce
·  Support hourly / union populations with job postings, offer letters, and update shift changes to ensure payroll accuracy
·  Continually partner with HRBPs and ERMs to drive employee data accuracy in HR tools and make updates when necessary (organization changes, leave of absence, transfers, salary, job details, bonus plans, reporting structure, work schedule, work location, payroll details, etc.)
·  Own key tasks related to HR processes in collaboration with local COEs for Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and HR Operations to ensure high quality service and suggest process improvements to simplify processes
·  Assist with all other HR data & business requests as needed
·  Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in a related field (OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience)
·  Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience (can include internships)
