Internal Mobility:

Work to deliver best practice Global Mobility processes across the businesses.

Build trusted relationships with employees and managers.

Administration and support to global mobility life-cycle activities.

Pulling together information required for work permits, visas, and posted worker applications.

Raise requests in the Mobility tool & completion of any EY questionnaires

Work with local teams and Talent Acquisition teams.

Prepare Invitation/Assignment/Secondment letters and other supporting documents.

Monitor travel requests and escalate requirements with Mobility tool as necessary.

Ensure that all immigration information is correctly recorded and well-maintained in Workday.

Work closely with local HR team to support onboarding of employees.

Support employees in applying for tax ID, health insurance membership, and opening a bank account

Supporting employees in finding an apartment for the first few months

Contact person for new employees for all questions relating to immigration and country-specific regulations

Carry out ID verification checks.

Contractor Management

• Development of an approval process for the use of temporary workers, external partners, and freelancers in collaboration with Sourcing and HR

• Management and optimization of resources for temporary workers, freelancers, and external partners

• Monitoring of contractual terms (comparative pay, equal pay, maximum assignment period)

• Ensuring compliance with deadlines

• Management of resource allocation for projects

• The focus is on minimizing complaint risks and optimizing resource utilization.

Other

• Support at trade fairs and onboarding

• Health Ahead Champion

• Coordination of language courses as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable education with additional training and several years of professional experience in HR or PM

• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

• Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
