The Commercial Internship at GE Vernova – Onshore Wind in Japan develops commercial strength for interns willing to play an important role in the energy transition. This position provides the opportunity to learn about GE Vernova Onshore Wind’s products and customers, while also making significant contributions to the business.

Job Description

· 
Data analytics of renewable energy market in Japan (primary wind segment)

· 
Summarize the insights through the market view for our future growth in wind business

· 
Report out to our management team for the result of assessment

What you'll do:

You will work closely with the Commercial Team to support development of the overall business growth strategy, including market analysis, opportunity identification and execution of the sales growth plan. You may support Sales Managers to define the sales strategy for targeted clients and develop a thorough understanding and analysis of the core markets or partner with the Proposal team in the development and compilation of proposals to meet customers’ and sales team requirements. In addition, you'll:

Receive technical knowledge sharing, mentorship, and coaching from experienced commercial managers and leaders.

· 
Grow your technical and commercial expertise within GE Vernova and expand your skills in new areas.

· 
Experience a challenging assignment in the power generation industry focusing on power markets, customers and technology.

EMPLOYMENT DATES:

· 
July/August 2025 to September 2025 (Summer) 

· 
Co-op program for 6-12 months is also welcomed.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications):

· 
Currently enrolled in a university or graduate program.  *Background in engineering or related fields preferred.

· 
Must have the ability to work in Japan for an unlimited amount of time without immigration sponsorship

· 
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is highly desirable.

The pay for this position ranges from JPY 1500/hr and up based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed

This position is also eligible for:

Commuting allowance: You will be eligible for Commuting allowance in accordance with company policy, up to the maximum income tax.
