Coordinate the definition of the long term plan for all Channel Engines and Modules with Channels/Shops/Supply Chain.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Work with Supply Chain and Shop teams to define long term plan for Channels Engines and Modules
·  Work with Channels to ensure priorities are captured and properly evaluated for long term plan definition
·  Work with shop team and capacity planners to proactively monitor internal capacity, identify gaps and drive actions to reduce TAT and enable growth
·  Work with supply chain team and material capacity planner to proactively monitor material capacity, identify gaps and drive actions to reduce TAT and enable growth
·  Work with S&OP and Channels in the DMR/SMR process acting as reference point for MPS.

Basic Qualification:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·  Proven experience in materials management, production scheduling and shop operations experience.
·  Strong Aeroderivative Gas Turbine knowledge.
·  Proficiency in Oracle ERP system and advanced use of Excel and reporting tools.
·  Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to planning and performance management.
·  Fluency in English and Italian obligoatry.
