Job Description Summary

The Machining Team Coach will lead the daily operations of the 1st shift post processing team at the Additive Technology Center. This coach will lead the team to achieve daily SQDC objectives while working strategic initiatives to meet long term site objectives. Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

·  Direct people leadership responsibility including staffing, daily priorities, and performance development of 1st shift salary non-exempt employees
·  Set clear objectives to achieve site Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost targets
·  Foster a positive and respectful work environment for all employees
·  Educate team on business best practices/policies/procedures
·  Provide direction to support needs of each area, including manpower, work assignments, scheduling of overtime, and training
·  Partner cross-functionally to problem solve product/process issues
·  Use of lean methodologies to drive streamlined processes and improved quality
·  Develop and support the growth of all employees

Required Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
