Are you a supply chain professional with experience in eCommerce, retail, or 3PL? Foot Locker Pacific is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Brisbane team and support the day‑to‑day operations of our Supply Chain function. We’d love to hear from detail‑oriented candidates who are passionate about growing their long‑term career in the retail industry! The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for warehousing activities across Distribution Centres, stores, and eCommerce customers.This role is critical to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks across vendors, warehouses, and stores throughout the Pacific Region. Responsibilities include returns processing, reconciliations, compliance support, and reporting
Responsibilities

·  Support end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring accurate and timely movement of stock across vendors, Distribution Centres, stores, and eCommerce channels.
·  Deliver accurate and timely reporting, including pick projections, receipt priorities, shipment reports, SOH/inventory analysis, warehouse shortages, vendor compliance, manual inventory files, and eCommerce launch preparation.
·  Manage eCommerce returns activities, including DC processing, Lost in Transit and Return to Sender investigations, and assisting Customer Care with order‑related issues.
·  Complete weekly WSSR reconciliations across warehouses, Claims Centres, and RTV Centres, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and corrected.
·  Handle store corrections and claims, partnering with stores, auditors, and carriers to resolve variances, investigate issues, and identify trends.
·  Coordinate the full RTV process, including requesting stock from stores, overseeing warehouse processing, and reconciling units shipped versus received by vendors.
Qualifications

·  Qualifications in Supply Chain/ Logistics Management would be desirable
·  3-5 years of experiences in supply chain operation roles within retail/ ecommerce/ 3PL
·  Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word
·  Strong organisation skills, attention to details and time management with the ability to meet deadlines
·  Great team player with a great communication and a collaborative attitude
