Overview

The Corporate Recruiter is a key member of our EU Talent Acquisition team based in the Foot Locker Europe headquarters. In this role, you will serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, driving the full life cycle recruitment process and supporting and improving the day-to-day management of contingent labour processes, while also testing and implementing innovative talent attraction strategies to meet the future talent needs of your business.

This hands-on Corporate Recruiter role will manage active candidates as well as continually develop passive talent pools in key functional areas. This is an ideal role for someone who appreciates having autonomy in their day-to-day work along with a close-knit team atmosphere where we will all jump in and help each other out.

Responsibilities

·  Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for assigned functional areas.
·  Define and implement talent attraction and active and passive sourcing strategies targeted by role and/or function, adjusting as needed throughout the recruitment process.
·  Deliver thoughtful candidate management practices and guide hiring managers on candidate experience best practices.
·  Collaborate across functions to ensure an overall fit for purpose delivery of internal and external talent.
·  Develop candidate pipelines from a diverse selection of source channels.
·  Building diverse and inclusive interview panels.
·  Assist with building hiring plans that provide equal opportunities to all candidates, internal and external.
·  Maintain talent assessment standards and drive improvements where needed, including hiring manager feedback and training.
·  Collaborate with colleagues across HR to deliver smooth recruitment and onboarding process, contributing to cross-functional projects as needed.
·  Keep abreast of trends in the employment market as well as with new recruitment tools and technologies.
·  Monitor bottlenecks in the contingent labour process and collaborate with HR and Legal to simplify the process.
·  Represents the organization at job fairs, industry events, and community outreach activities.
·  Being part of the TA team, you will be working on a variety of TA and/or HR projects which will help to continuously develop functional capability or support business initiatives.
Qualifications

·  3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition.
·  A solid understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and closing.
·  Strong knowledge of market trends and labour regulations, specifically for the Dutch market.
·  An innovative and curious approach to solving problems; able to identify root cause and drive process improvement.
·  Experience using metrics to set goals, diagnose trends and measure recruiting performance.
·  Able to prioritize, transparent and open communication while being able to communicate confidently and at a high level with internal and external stakeholders.
·  Demonstrate, on a consistent basis, initiative, resourcefulness, good judgement, professionalism, adaptability, organization, and flexibility.
·  Thrive within a fast-paced environment of frequent interruptions, conflicting priorities and varying workloads.
·  A team player who contributes to a fun, successful and collaborative work environment.
·  Experience building and managing recruitment programs or new initiatives is a plus.
·  Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Fluency in spoken and written English.
