Overview

It is an exciting time to take part in our journey to inspire sneaker culture! Foot Locker, Inc. is looking for a data-driven, passionate, and diligent multitasker to join our Optimization Team as a Space Optimization Analyst. This role involves collaborative cross-functional working relationships with our Allocation, Visual Merchandising, Construction, and Planning teams. This role will provide guidance on productivity, efficiency, and influence decision-making from a data-driven perspective and will primarily support the Foot Locker division in the U.S.

Responsibilities

·  Support data integrity and management activities across various optimization data-driven projects.
·  Utilize Power BI to extract and analyze key data points to provide transparency and insights into project performance and outcomes.
·  Support in-season management and optimize store floorplans in Adobe Illustrator.
·  Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
·  Participate in global optimization working sessions and touchpoints, centered around business learnings and best practices.
·  Manage program tracking and ad-hoc reporting for optimization initiatives.
·  Understand and support strategic plans and standards across the optimization lifecycle process.
·  Open to local market store travels as requested.
Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related fields are a plus)
·  2-3 years of applicable experience
·  Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
·  An ability to pull data from multiple sources and build easy-to-read reporting 
·  Strong organizational skills and ability to work within tight timelines
·  Basic knowledge of our business with the ability to communicate findings and reporting
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable with video conferencing via Teams
·  Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and between divisions

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $55000 - $65000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
